COINS ERP+ is a powerful system, and even stronger with a good plan behind it. A plan that includes every step of the process: Implementation, Data Migration, Training & Adoption, and Process Development & Validation. These are the four areas where we spend most of our time with clients before “go-live”. The difference between a smooth rollout and a frustrating one usually comes down to how much attention each one gets.

COINS ERP+ SPECIALISTS

"People come to us because COINS ERP+ is complex, and getting it wrong is expensive. Our job is to make sure it's never a guessing game for your team, from the first planning conversation through go-live and everything after."‍

-Matthew Policare, CEO

Data Migration

This is usually the part that gets underestimated, and it's often the part that makes or breaks the whole project. We've built our process around a few key stages.

  • Deciding how much data comes over and at what level of detail, since not every piece of legacy history needs to live in the new system, and figuring that out early saves a lot of wasted effort later

  • Data cleanup and prep, getting legacy data into shape before it ever touches the new system

  • Import, bringing that cleaned data into COINS ERP+ and building it into the structure your team will actually use

  • Reconciliation, checking totals and details against the legacy system line by line, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets duplicated

We support this whether you're migrating from legacy COINS products, moving to COINS ERP+ from a different platform entirely, running a phased upgrade based on how ready your organization is, or doing a full "big bang" switch with one go-live date. The approach changes depending on your situation, but the discipline behind it doesn't.

Training & Adoption

A system nobody knows how to use isn't really live, it's just installed. Our training work covers three things.

  • Training your team to actually use the product day to day, not just click through a demo

  • Building a training plan along with documentation and SOP’s that are branded for your company, so it becomes something your team owns and can keep using long after we're gone

  • Executing the training itself, working directly with your people so the sessions land instead of just checking a box

This is where we make sure everything holds up once real people are using the system every day. We stick around through adoption, not just launch, to see how the transition from old process to new is actually going. That includes cutover planning, so the shift from legacy systems to COINS ERP+ happens in a controlled way instead of all at once with no safety net. We stay close afterward to catch where adjustments are needed as your team settles into daily use.

Process Development & Validation

Implementation

A good implementation starts long before anyone touches the system. Before any configuration begins, we work through what we call the planning phase.

  • Data preparation, getting a clear picture of what's coming over from your legacy system before migration even starts

  • Process review, understanding how your team actually works today so the new system gets built around real workflows, not assumptions

  • Resource management, making sure the right people are available at the right times so the project doesn't stall waiting on someone's schedule

Once planning is solid, we move into implementation itself. This is where we design the system based on everything we learned in planning, and prepare your stakeholders for configuration meetings so those sessions are productive instead of a scramble to catch everyone up. From there, we move into testing, checking that what's been built actually holds up before it goes anywhere near daily use.
