Pre-Implementation:
Before you begin the change to a new ERP system, we help map out what the project actually needs to look like before anything moves. That means realistic timelines, a clear view of who's responsible for what, and provide experienced insight on where the risks are likely to show up. Getting this part right is what keeps the rest of the project running smoothly.
Go-Live & Beyond:
At JRZ, the go-live is not the finish line, but rather just the beginning. The weeks and months right after launch are usually when the real questions show up, so we stay close through that stretch and keep supporting your team as the system becomes part of daily work, not just a project that is completed. We structure each project to become an integral part of your team and provide our services for as long as you use the systems.
Implementation:
This is where most of the coordination happens. We work directly with your team, your consultants, and your software providers, making sure decisions get made on time and nothing sits waiting in someone's inbox. If something starts to drift off track, we catch it early to keep the project moving.
